In business since November 1998, C² & Company Meetings and Events is a woman-owned, small business headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our team is a collection of highly skilled professionals dedicated to the success of our client's mission.

Our President/Owner:
For the past 12 years, Cathy Clifton, CMP, CMM has been steadily building an outstanding reputation as a consummate contract negotiator and meeting manager. Ms. Clifton is regularly quoted in industry magazines and trade journals, and is considered an expert in her field by her peers. Her business mind-set and foresight in meeting trends makes her a strategic planner, one that not only handles the logistics of her client's meetings, but one that becomes a partner to their company.

Through her company, and previous position as Director of Meeting Management for a hospital, Ms. Clifton has managed over 800 meetings and events with an average of 600 attendees per meetings. Her vendor contacts and clients stretch the globe

C² & Company Meetings and Events understands the importance of building long-term and ethical partnerships with our vendors, and strives to keep our reputation intact. We maintain a broad network of exceptional strategic partners relying on them for additional support in specific areas such as event production/AV, air and ground transportation, marketing collateral, destination management and pre-production work.

Unlike larger planning companies, we maintain a limited client base. This allows for more personalized, exceptional services and a faster response time to our client's needs.
